EXTRAORDINARY SERVICE!!!! The day before Thanksgiving our daughter became engaged while visiting her boyfriend’s family in Philadelphia. We wanted to send flowers to celebrate the occasion, but had only the name of the family and the town (we thought) in which they lived. After an internet search left us empty-handed, I phoned Botanical Expressions as they were a local florist, hoping they might know the family. I explained our predicament to Mark, who immediately told me “not to worry – we’ll figure it out.” By now it was 3 p.m. the day before the holiday, and our hopes of a celebratory surprise were fast disappearing. Mark DID know the name of the family, but there are apparently numerous branches living in various locations. Mark then proceeded to phone friends of friends, finally locating the right address, only to find that it was 40 minutes from his store, AND not accessible on mapquest. I’m still not sure how he worked his magic, but on Thanksgiving Day he personally delivered a gorgeous floral arrangement to our daughter, her fiance, and his family. We will be forever grateful for his perseverance, and could not recommend Botanical Expressions more highly.
